When you invest in therapy you are investing in your mental, physical and relational well-being. I hope to make therapy accessble to people. I offer a self-pay rate for out-of-pocket or HSA payment. I also offer sliding scale for those with financial need. I do have the capability to take most major insurances.
Due to state regulations, I am not able to see Medicaid clients.

Standard Rate
$170 Initial Diagnostic Session (Intake)
$150 per follow up session (HSA accepted)
Documentation available for out-of-network reimbursement through insurance
Sliding Scale
For clients with financial need, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots.
Rates range from $95 to $140

Accepted Insurance
Cost of session depends on your individual insurance plan. I use outside billing services to submit claims to the following insurances:

No Show/Late Cancellation
Clients will be financially responsible for the no show/late cancellation fee of $100 should they not attend a schedule session and do not notify therapist of need to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to scheduled session.
These are not eligible for insurance coverage or HSA fund use and must be paid out-of-pocket.
Non-Clinical Services
Additional services like involvement in child IEP/504 meetings, composition of letters or reports, completion of FMLA paperwork, extended phone conversations with another professional, etc are billed at my hourly rate of $150 (prorated). These are not eligible for insurance coverage and must be paid out-of-pocket.
Court/Legal Services
I discourage therapist involvement in legal proceedings. Therapeutic relationships are based on trust and involving me as a witness may jeopardize the therapeutic relationship and progress. Even though you are responsible for all testimony fees, it does not mean that my testimony will be solely in your favor. I can only testify to the facts of the case. I am not an evaluator and cannot make any recommendations (custody or otherwise).
Please be aware that the court appearance fee includes the amount of time I spend at court along with travel time (the time I need to leave the office in order to arrive on time, until the time I return to the office).
Should I be subpoenaed, the following fees will apply:
Retainer (amount due in advance): $500
Court appearance/testimony: $200/hour
Preparation time (including submission of records, phone calls, etc.): $200/hour prorated
Mileage (from office to court): $.50 per mile
