About
Hi, I am Libby Triolo
A licensed counselor who believes you deserve strategies that fit your brain and your circumstances.

I provide therapy for adults, parents, and couples navigating ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence, and relational stress. My approach is warm and collaborative. Together we explore your nervous system, sensory sensitivities, and communication patterns, then build practical strategies for emotional regulation and connection.
Over nine years I have supported individuals, parents, and couples through ADHD, autism, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges in community mental health, schools, and private practice.
Your experience will be individualized. We look at the patterns that contribute to stress or overwhelm, build tools that work in real life, and highlight your strengths along the way. Sessions are supportive, actionable, and tailored to help you create meaningful change.
