Autism & Neurodivergence Therapy
Therapy that understands neurodivergent minds and nervous systems
Sensory overload, burnout, social exhaustion, and feeling misunderstood are common when your brain works differently. Therapy can help you understand your nervous system, honor your needs, and build routines and communication tools that fit you.
You might be a good fit for therapy if
- Noise, light, crowds, or transitions leave you overwhelmed or drained
- You mask or push through at work, school, or home and then crash
- Communication with a partner, family member, or coworker keeps breaking down
- You are autistic, ADHD, or suspect you might be, and want an affirming space
- You are parenting a neurodivergent child and need support for yourself
- Big changes or routines falling apart make anxiety spike
How we will work together
- Map your sensory sensitivities, triggers, and stress signals
- Build routines and environments that reduce overload
- Practice communication scripts and boundary skills for real situations
- Use strength-based, ACT, and CBT tools that respect how you think
What therapy can offer
- Less burnout and more predictable days
- Clearer communication in relationships
- Greater self-understanding and self-acceptance
- Practical tools for sensory and emotional regulation
